What If You Rewrote Your Rules For A Happy Life?

How do you see your life? Do you tend to focus on the negative aspects? Do you look for and highlight the moments you classify as failures?

Or do you focus more on the positive aspects of your life? Do you highlight and look for the moments you classify as wins?

What are your criteria for a win? Are you making it easy to win in your life? Or do you make winning so difficult you have very few wins? If so how is your life going? How are you feeling about your life? Are you enjoying your life?

What would happen if you changed the rules? What would happen if you adjusted the criteria for defining a win? How would your life feel if you had more wins?

If you create the rules (create the criteria) that determine how you feel about your life why not create rules that support a happier more fulfilling life?

Why not?
