At the end of the day, you can feel at least three ways. Indifferent, worn out, or excited. What led to those feelings? Was it outside circumstances acting on you or how you reacted to those outside circumstances?
What about the activities you engaged in? Did they energize you or drain you? Where you engaged or indifferent?
What clients did you serve? Were your clients enjoyable to work with or difficult to deal with?
It can be hard to admit but at the end of the day how you feel is the outcome of the choices you made during the day.
What are your choices creating? Is it what you want? If not think about one choice you could change tomorrow. You probably can’t change all your choices tomorrow but I’ll bet you can change one choice. You can change once choice that will take you one step closer to how you’d like to feel at the end of the day.
Keep making changes every day and you can change how you feel at the end of the day.
